Nurgle’s Nurses ‘Team Dextra & Sinister’ (Corrupted Adepta Sororitas)

Nurgle’s Nurses, once Adepta Sororitas of the Order of the Hospitaller, are sisters who betrayed their oath to the Emperor to follow the loving embrace of the Chaos God Nurgle. Led by the Plague Surgeon Dr. Ilentia Chyrurpus and Malignant Plaguecaster Maggox, and supported by bearers of Nurgle Icons of Corruption Vel ‘The Bearer of the Gargled Tryptic’ and Dr. Festle ‘The Trice Impeller’, they continue the eternal pestilent crusade of The Pulse of the Maggots.

After creating my Lord of Virulence, I needed to continue my narrative of tragedy and corruption. The obvious choice to me was expanding my force with some battleline units of Plague Marines. I envisioned a sad tale of a division of Adepta Sororitas dedicated to healing and the health of the citizens of the Imperium of Man losing hope and turning to the very entity they fought against. These units have many conversion bits from various other factions and units. It was a absolute joy to create and to round out some of the thematic narrative throughout the Pulse of the Maggot company.
